A Five Masala, (Panch Phoron)

A delicious Masala called Five Masala. This Five Masala also called Paanch Phoron. It is extensively used in Bengali cuisine,¬†Assamese cuisines and India too. It is quite the extraordinary spice. Unlike most spice mixes, Panch Phoron is always used whole and never ground. ¬†I will be posting some of my recipes in the near future…
