Chicken Breast is the most frequently used cut of chicken in the domestic kitchen and pan-frying is a quick and easy method for cooking it. It is extremely important to make sure that the chicken is cooked all the way through. Today, I am sharing my recipe for Pan-Fried Chicken and I courage you guys will enjoy having it!
To make simple but delicious Pan-Fried Chicken Breast, INGREDIENTS that you need to make it:
- Olive Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Chicken Breast 1
- Mustard Paste 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Hot Sauce 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Ground ½ tsp
- White Pepper Ground ½ tsp
- Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Garlic Cloves 2 (Grounded) or Garlic Powder 1 tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
Lay a length of cling film on a chopping board.
In a small bowl, combine Mustard Paste, all Sausages, Cinnamon Powder, Red Chili Flakes, Salt, Black and White Pepper, Garlic Paste and Lemon Juice.
Scatter half the spice mix on the cling film. Place the chicken fillets on top. Sprinkle with the remaining spice mix and cover with another layer of cling.
Pound lightly with a Rolling Pin to flatten or use Cooking Hammer to flatten and tenderize the chicken.
Now marinate it for 1 hour at least.
Heat the olive oil in a pan.
Cook the chicken in the medium-hot oil for about 4 minutes until golden.
Turn the chicken and continue to cook for several more minutes until cooked through.
Deglaze the pan with a splash of water. (2-3 tablespoons should do it)
Serve immediately with your choice of sides. (see above suggestions)
