
With just few ingredients, you can make this yummiest rice. I made Chicken Breast last days and I was just thinking about the easiest rice combination with Chicken. And I just created this simple rice recipe with just few ingredients and cooked it for my family. And now I am sharing it with you guys. I hope you guys will enjoy it!
To make simple but delicious Tomato Chili Rice, ingredients that you need to make it:
- Parboiled Rice 1 cup
- Tomato (Julienne cut) 4-5
- Green Chilies 8 slits
- Ghee 4tbsp
- Garlic Chopped 1tbsp
- Soy Sauce 2tbsp
Directions:
Add Ghee 1tbsp to a sauce pan and sauté tomato first for 2 minutes, then take it out.
Now add remaining Ghee into a sauce pan and add Garlic into it.
Sauté for one minute and then add soaked rice and water into it. Bring it to boil and add Soya Sauce, Green Chilies and mix.
When 3 parts of rice is done then cover and steam cook on low flame for few minutes.
When its ready to dish out then add tomatoes.
Your simple Tomato Chili Rice is ready to dish out!

Soaked Parboiled Rice for 2 hours at least before cook. And don't worry If you add more water mistakenly. But the calculations for adding water remains same, e.g, in 1 cup rice, you add 2 cups water.
You can use any type of rice according to your choice !
