Ingredients that you need for Fried Rice is:
- Sesame Seeds 3 tbs
- Salt 1 tea spoon or as desired
- Green Chilies’ 4 slit (finely sliced)
- Carrot Chopped ½ cup
- Capsicum Chopped 1 chopped
- Cabbage Shredded 1 cup
- Boiled Peas ½ cup
- Green Onion ¾ cup
- Egg 3
- Chicken Breast (Julian cut)
- Parboiled Rice (Boiled)
- Ghee 3 tbs
- Soy Sauce 2 tb. spoon
- Crushed Black pepper
- White pepper
- Soy Sauce 1 tbs (for chicken)
- Hot Sauce 1 tbs (for chicken)
In wok, first add Oil and fry Capsicum on a high to medium flame for a minute only. Add a crushed pepper, a pinch of salt and set aside.
Add Oil in the same pan. Fry Carrot on a medium flame for 2 minutes only. Now add Cabbage and fry it with carrot for 2 more minutes. Add a crushed pepper, a pinch of salt and set aside.
Now fry boiled peas with the same method of frying as above and set aside.
Now add Oil again, and add chicken. Add a pinch of Salt, Soy Sauce, Hot Sauce, Crushed Black Pepper, White pepper. Fry Chicken and set aside.
Now add ghee. Add Crushed Black Pepper, Soy Sauce, Boiled Rice, all Fried Veggies’, Egg, Chicken and toss well. Add Green Onion, Green Chilies, and Sesame seeds at the end. Toss it well again.
