Today, I am sharing very simple but delicious recipe for all health conscious people. I must say it a “balanced diet”. So my this soup recipe is specially for health & diet conscious people. And surely, i will share much options for all of you guys.
Ingredients that you need for Simple but delicious Soup is:
- Orange Lentils ½ cup
- Capsicum 1 medium (Chopped)
- Carrot 1 medium (chopped)
- Tomato 1 (chopped)
- Garlic 1 piece is approx.. ½ tea spoon (chopped)
- Spinach ½ cup
- Cucumber 1 medium (Medium chopped)
- Black pepper 6
- Cardamom 2
- Green Chilies 2
- Salt a pinch
- Soy Sauce 1 tbs
- Hot Sauce 1 tbs
- Water 2 cups
Take a sauce pan. Add Water and bring it to a boil.
Now add Garlic, Salt, Black pepper, Cardamom and Orange Lentil. Cover and let it cook for 5 to 8 minutes until the lentil is done.
Now add Carrot, Tomato, Cucumber, and Spinach. Cook it for almost 2 to 3 minutes. Now at the end, add Capsicum and dish out.
Add Soy Sauce and Hot Sauce for taste.
Its ready to Serve!
