Ingredients that you need is:
- Chicken boneless 250 grams (Julienne Cut)
- Lemon juice 1 table spoon
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tea spoon
- Yogurt 1 table spoon
- Tandoori Masala 1 tbs
- Butter 1 tbs
- Shredded Cheese 3/4 Cup
- Colored bell peppers chopped ¼ Cup
- Onion Chopped ¼ Cup
- Red Chili flakes ½ tsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
For Bread:
- Butter 2 tbs
- Oregano ¼ tsp
- Dried basil leaves ¼ tsp
- Sandwich Bread (Highly recommended)
- Pizza sauce 3 table spoons
- Shredded Pizza Cheese as required
- Olives as required
Directions:
In a bowl, add Chicken, Lemon juice, Ginger Garlic paste, Yogurt and Tandoori Masala. Mix these ingredients well. Marinate it for at least 1 hour for good result.
Take a Frying pan, add Butter. When it starts melting then add marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is done. Let it cool and shred it.
Now take another bowl. Add Shredded Chicken, Chopped Onions, Red chili flakes, Oregano, Colored Bell peppers and Cheese. Mix it well and set aside.
*Herb Butter: Melt butter. Add oregano and dried basil leaves. Mix well and set aside.
Spread herb butter on bread slice. Keep buttered bread side on the grill sandwich maker. Spread pizza sauce on bread slice,add chicken filling,pizza cheese and olives.
Take another bread slice. Spread pizza sauce on one side and place it on sandwich. Now spread herb butter on upper side of that bread.
Close the grill sandwich maker. It will take 3-4 minutes.
Your Grilled Pizza Sandwich is ready to serve.
