Ingredients that you need is:
- Spaghetti 300 grams (boiled)
- Minced Beef 350 grams
- Sweet corns 1/2 cup
- Green Chilies 3 to 4 slit
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp
- Capsicum 4 medium sized (julienne cut)
- Tomato 2 medium sliced
- Cabbage shredded 1 1/2 Cups
- Raw Garlic 5-6 (Chopped)
- Oil ½ cup
- Tomato paste 1/2 cup
- Onion 1 medium sized (finely sliced)
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbs
- Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Hot sauce 2 tbs
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
- White pepper powder ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tea spoon or as desired
Add oil in a pan. When heated add onions and chopped garlic . Fry till color changes.
Now add tomato paste and mix well.
Mix up all spices (salt, crushed black pepper, white pepper powder and chili flakes) and give a good stir. Add some water if needed.
Add minced meat and mix well till meat smells out. Add some water. Cover the pan and leave it for 5 to 8 minutes.
Take another pan. Add oil in a pan. Fry cabbage, capsicum and tomato sliced separately (fry Capsicum and tomato for a minute only. Also add a pinch of salt, black and white pepper to enhance the taste of vegetables). Set aside.
Now take a pan to assemble. Add oil in a pan. Then add tomato paste 4 tbsp and sweet corns in oil. Add a pinch of salt and crushed black pepper and cover the pan for 2-3 minutes.
Then mix up all flavors (Oyster sauce, Soy sauce, Hot sauce, Sesame oil, White pepper powder, Green Chilies, Worcestershire sauce) and give a good stir.
Add Spaghetti, minced meat and give a good stir. But wait, don’t stir with a small spatula.
Your Spicy Keema Spaghetti is ready to dish out!
Sprinkle Crushed Black Pepper and serve.
